  • Remote Work Days
    • Employees can work remotely up to 4 days per week.
    • Remote work should be conducted in a professional environment free from distractions.

    • Employees must be accessible via email, phone, and instant messaging during working hours.
    • Regular check-ins with managers and team members are required to ensure task alignment and progress.

  • Equipment and Technology
    • The company will provide equipment such as laptops, monitors, and software to facilitate remote work.
